Workout: 1 hour fat blasting yoga
Breakfast:Pancakes
Snack: 3 oranges
Lunch: ?
Snack: granola bars
Dinner: beef burritos, beans and rice
Something Nice I did: hauled wood in for nate so he would not have to do it after work
