week 4 day 1

Workout: 20 plus minute walk with kids, 30 minute yoga (strength and core)
Breakfast:omlet with 1.5 egs spinach, peppers and red onion, 2 pieces whole wheat toast
Snack: 2 granola bars and pear halves
Lunch: left over burrito
Snack: raw almonds, orange
Dinner: chicken, broccoli rice casserole
Something Nice I did: It was a very hard day. I was excited to make Maesyn the dinner she requested- but then she whined about it. That made me angry. It was a hard day with Mikah.

  1. Good job Heidi. A healthy lifestyle is a lot of upkeep. We would love to do an Anasazi-style campout this summer. We just bought a tent and are anxious to use it... but I guess you didn't use tents at Anasazi so we could probably forgo that... We want to see you guys! Come visit us or lets do a family hike or something!
